When will my book ship? +
Office Osmosis is launching Spring 2026. Advance purchase orders will be fulfilled in priority order at launch — you'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is locked in, and a shipping notification when your book is on its way.
How do I pay? +
When you submit your order request, Kristina will follow up directly to confirm details and arrange payment. For corporate orders, we can accommodate purchase orders and invoicing.
Can I order internationally? +
We're initially shipping within the US. International orders — please reach out directly through the contact form and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Is there a refund policy? +
Yes — if you're not satisfied with Office Osmosis within 30 days of receiving it, contact us and we'll make it right. Your satisfaction matters more than a sale.
What qualifies as a corporate order? +
Any order of 5 or more copies qualifies for volume pricing. 5–9 copies get 20% off. 10+ copies get 20% off plus the Manager's Playbook (a $29 value) included free. 100+ copies also include a 60-minute L&D Integration Consultation with Kristina (a $497 value). Corporate buyers include L&D teams, leadership development programs, onboarding cohorts, and HR departments. We can accommodate purchase orders and invoicing at any volume.
